Web Orders
For web orders, simply contact our customer service team at 1-888-626-7576. They will guide you through the return or exchange process, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll provide a return authorization whenever necessary and keep an eye out for your return. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Web Orders Returned In-Store
If you prefer returning your web order in-store, visit any of our Camping World retail locations. Bring along the item in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to make your return experience as seamless as possible.
Retail Purchases
For retail purchases made with a receipt, simply return the unused and unopened item, along with the original sales receipt, for a full refund or exchange. In case you have a gift receipt, we will provide a store credit equivalent to the item’s value at the time of purchase. We want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase at the Ambassadeur Hotel.
If, by chance, you need to return a retail purchase without a receipt, we’ll issue a store merchandise credit at the lowest price within the last 90 days. To proceed with the return, please present a valid, state-issued driver’s license or state ID card as proper identification. At the Ambassadeur Hotel, we believe in fair and secure return procedures.
Good Sam Members Exclusive Benefit
Good Sam members who maintain a continuous active membership status can benefit from our extended return policy. If you’ve purchased any unused and unopened product on or after February 9, 2018, you can return it at any time. Please note that some exclusions may apply. Good Sam Protection Plans
For customers who have purchased a Good Sam Protection Plan, returning any protected item is simple. Visit our store for hassle-free processing, or give us a call at 1-888-626-7576 for assistance. Note that purchases made via personal check are subject to a 14-day hold period before becoming eligible for return.
Exceptions & Exclusions
While we strive to maintain a flexible return policy, there are a few exceptions and exclusions to keep in mind:

Non-returnable items include outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, SPOT, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom made/cut or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous items, licenses, and gift cards. If any of these items prove defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. After this period, any defective products must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Clearance and Outlet items are sold as is and cannot be returned at any time. We want to ensure that our customers are fully aware of the condition of these items before making a purchase.

Once an item is installed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with a product after installation, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Items purchased with a promotional discount will be prorated if returned. The value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from the reimbursement. Items received as part of a free gift promotion can only be exchanged if damaged or defective, and a direct replacement will be provided. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a previous purchase.
