Ambassadeur Hotel accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The main floor features a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a bunk room with a twin-over-king bunk and a king bedroom with a twin sleeper sofa. These rooms share a full bathroom. The lower level offers a second king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom.
Additional amenities include central heat and air, a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and TVs for you to log into your own streaming accounts. Please note that pets are not allowed at Ambassadeur Hotel. As is common in mountain cabins, we strongly encourage guests to have 4WD and tire chains during inclement weather for their safety.

When you reserve a stay at Ambassadeur Hotel, you’re eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the prestigious Beech Mountain Club (BMC). Enjoy exclusive access to the club’s golf courses, tennis courts, bocci ball, and fitness center. Please make sure to read the BMC transfer policies and submit the transfer application at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. A membership transfer fee starting at $300 will be charged upon check-in at the club. Upgrade your membership to enjoy additional amenities, as detailed on the BMC website.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date will result in a refund of half the amount paid to date.
- Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date are non-refundable. However, if you have purchased travel insurance and the reason for cancellation is covered, you may be eligible for a full refund.
