Driving Directions to Seascape Resort, Destin Florida

If you’re traveling from the West/I-10, follow these simple directions to find your way to the resort:

  1. Take I-10 to the Crestview/Highway 85 Exit and go south (Right) onto Highway 85.
  2. Continue south on Highway 85 until you reach Highway 20 in Niceville, Florida.
  3. Go East (Left) onto Highway 20 and continue through Niceville and Bluewater Bay until you reach White Point Road/Mid Bay Bridge.
  4. Go South (Right) onto White Point Road and continue through the TOLL plaza and over the Mid Bay Bridge into Destin, Florida.
  5. Continue on this road until you reach the 2nd Traffic Light, which will bring you to Highway 98.
  6. Go East (Left) on Highway 98 and continue for 3.5 miles, and voila! Seascape Resort will be on the right-hand side of the road, exquisitely framed by thick wooded brush. Keep an eye out for our sign to ensure you don’t miss it.
  7. Turn South (Right) into the resort. During peak seasons and specific hours, there may be a guard at the gate. If there is, simply let them know you’re checking in at Ariel Dunes. If no guard is present, proceed to the check-in location at Ariel Dunes.
  8. Follow the road past the Golf Course and Driving Range until you reach the first stop sign.
  9. Turn East (Left) into the Ariel Dunes complex parking lot.
  10. Building I, the building furthest to the East with a drive-through portico, is where you’ll find the check-in for the entire resort. Regardless of the unit you’ll be staying in, please park your vehicle in a convenient parking space and walk to the drive-through portico. You’ll find the lobby through the double doors on the West (Right) side of the drive-through area.
  11. Lobby hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, seven days a week throughout the year. However, during Spring Break and Peak Summer Dates, extended lobby hours are available for your convenience.

If you’re coming from the East/I-10, follow these directions instead:

  1. Take I-10 to the Defuniak Springs/Highway 331 Exit and go south (Right) onto Highway 331.
  2. Continue south on Highway 331 through Freeport, Florida and over the 331 Bridge until you reach Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
  3. Go West (Right) on Highway 98 and continue for 12 miles. As you’ll pass the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, keep an eye out for Seascape Resort on the left-hand side of the road. Once again, our sign will guide you through the thick wooded brush that surrounds our beautiful resort.
  4. Turn South (Left) into the resort. Just like before, if there’s a guard at the gate during peak seasons and specific hours, inform them that you’re checking in at Ariel Dunes. If there’s no guard, proceed to the check-in at Ariel Dunes.
  5. Follow the road past the Golf Course and Driving Range until you come to the first stop sign.
  6. Turn East (Left) into the Ariel Dunes complex parking lot.
  7. Building I, the building with a drive-through portico on the East side of the parking lot, is where you’ll find the check-in for the entire resort. Once you’ve parked your vehicle, head to the drive-through portico and enter the lobby through the double doors on the West (Right) side.
