2. Reservations Booked with us? Great!

2.1. Standard Bookings: Cancellation up to 48 hours before your check-in? Full refund, minus any transaction fees.

2.2. Non-refundable Bookings: These offer great rates but, as the name suggests, no refunds if plans change.

3. Cancellations Things change. We get it.

3.1. 48-Hour Window: Cancel within this frame? Expect a full refund, minus any applicable fees.

3.2. Less than 48 Hours: We hold 50% of your booking amount. Why? For operational costs.

3.3. No Shows: Sorry, no refunds here.

4. Early Departures Decided to check out early?

4.1. Standard Bookings: We’ll refund the remaining days, minus one night’s cost.

4.2. Non-refundable Bookings: No refunds, unfortunately.

5. Refunds How and when?

5.1. Original Payment Method: Refunds go back the way they came.

5.2. Processing Time: Allow 5-10 business days. Sometimes, it’s quicker. At times, a tad slower.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

Acts of God, natural calamities, or global events affecting travel? We’ll reconsider our policy for such rare events, aiming for maximum flexibility.
