At Ambassadeur Hotel, we strive to make your stay as seamless as possible. Our check-in time is 4 pm or later, and check-out is before 11 am. To ensure a smooth process, please remember to bring the credit card used for the deposit, along with a matching photo ID.
We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our guests. Therefore, children and single adults under 21 must be accompanied by their parents. While we love pets, they are not allowed on the premises. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing your furry friends, as a fine of $500 will be assessed for any violation of this policy.
We do, however, recognize the importance of service animals. If you require a service animal, please inform our front desk during check-in, so we can accommodate your needs. Emotional support animals, on the other hand, are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.
Extra Perks for Your Pleasure
At Ambassadeur Hotel, we believe in delivering exceptional value to our guests. For adults ages 17 or older, there is an additional $10 per person, per night fee. However, kids 16 or younger stay free within the maximum occupancy of the room.
To accommodate families, cribs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis during check-in. We understand that you may have specific preferences or needs, and we will do our best to fulfill any special requests based on availability.
Please note that there is a $10 per night charge for overnight parking per vehicle. Unfortunately, additional on-site parking is not available. The total cost of your stay includes room charges, resort fees, booking fees, destination marketing fees, and taxes. Kindly be aware that taxes and fees are subject to change.

We want to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible, right from the moment you arrive. Therefore, we request that you settle your remaining balance upon check-in. You can conveniently pay with a major credit card or debit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please ensure that your card is imprinted with your name, and don’t forget to bring a matching photo ID.
For credit card payments, there is a 2.5% convenience fee at check-in. However, we are pleased to waive this fee for debit card payments. We regret that we are unable to accept checks, money orders, cash, pre-paid cards, gift cards, or foreign currency.

To provide you with complete peace of mind during your well-deserved vacation, Ambassadeur Hotel offers the hotel BLUE Vacation Interruption Protection (VIP) Plan. This plan can be added to your reservation at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking. It offers a range of benefits, including:
- Full deposit refund if you cancel before 4 pm on your check-in day
- Flexibility to make changes to your reservation as needed*
- Refund for the remaining portion of your stay if your stay is cut short*
By declining the VIP Plan, please be aware that certain conditions will apply to your reservation, including a non-refundable reservation deposit. Any changes made prior to arrival will incur a $20 fee per change, such as date changes or room type changes*. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for early departures.
*Please note that any changes to your reservation will require re-calculation based on the current best available rate and the new length of stay. Early departures must be completed by 11:00 am.
Kindly note that the VIP Plan is not applicable to winter monthly snowbird rentals.
Accidental Damage Protection for Worry-Free Relaxation
At Ambassadeur Hotel, we understand that accidents happen. To ensure that your vacation is worry-free, we offer the Accidental Damage Protection Plan. For a small fee of $39.99, this plan provides coverage for up to $1,000 of accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture damage, carpet spills or stains, broken lamps, and accidental wall damage. The fee for this plan is non-refundable and will be added to your balance.
In the event of any damage, please report it to the resort before check-out. It’s important to note that intentional or malicious damage caused by abuse or violation of resort guidelines, such as smoking, bringing pets, hosting parties, or any other violation, is not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Plan.
If you choose to decline this optional coverage, a $150 pre-authorization will be required at check-in to cover potential damages.
