The shuttle ride from the Park and Ride takes about 25 minutes, with no other stops along the way. The shuttle operates from mid-May to mid-October for Lake Louise and from June 1 to mid-October for Moraine Lake.
Purchasing Moraine Lake Shuttle Tickets
To secure your spot on the shuttle, you need to make an advanced reservation. Starting Thursday, April 13th, 2023 at 8 am MT, you can book your Moraine Lake shuttle ticket. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for seniors, $2 for youth, and free for children under 6 years old. The shuttle ticket includes the Lake Connector shuttle, which allows you to easily visit both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake on the same day.
It’s important to note that Parks Canada is using a new reservation system this year. We recommend creating an account and familiarizing yourself with the system before reservations open. If you don’t book in advance, a limited number of additional shuttle tickets are released 48 hours prior to the departure day, so you still have a chance to secure a spot.
