The Worst Seat: A Surprising Discovery
After extensively scouring Dodger Stadium, examining seats from the Top Deck to the left and right field reserve foul pole seats, and even venturing into the bleachers, we unearthed the worst seat in the entire ballpark. And what we discovered might leave you astonished.
Ironically, the worst seat happens to be one of the more expensive seats in the park. During the regular season, its average price is $113.00, but for Game 1 of the NLDS, it’s selling for close to $300. This undesirable seat is located on the Field Level, in the lower right field corner of the stadium.
Those familiar with Dodger Stadium understand that the first base/right field line is exposed to direct sunlight during day games, while the third base/left field line typically enjoys the shade and shadows. Unfortunately, this seat is situated in Row A, offering an incredibly close proximity to the field.
On the bright side, you’ll have an excellent chance of catching a home run or foul ball from this seat. However, there’s a significant drawback—you probably won’t be able to see the ball at all. When facing towards home plate, your view will be utterly blocked by the right field foul pole.

Despite this seat’s shortcomings, keep in mind that Dodger Stadium is widely regarded as one of the best baseball stadiums. Moreover, with the recent renovation of the Centerfield Plaza, there’s plenty to see and do while exploring the ballpark.
